Cancelation conditions

OUR CANCELATION CONDITIONS

You declare your consent to our Terms of Business and our Cancelation Conditions.

Cancelations and changes which occur up to 3 months prior to arrival are free of charge, no cancellation fee.

Cancelations and changes which occur up to 30 days prior to arrival are billed equivalent to 40% of the total booking price.

Cancelations and changes which occur up to 7 days prior to arrival are billed equivalent to 70% of the total booking price.

Cancelations and changes received at a later date as well as no-shows are charged 90% of the total booking price.

Our Terms of Business are consistent with the currently applicable General Terms & Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
